A fresh start with shared ownership

Like any other family with children having some financial commitments, we knew that the shared ownership scheme was a right choice for us. Purchasing a property with an affordable deposit and knowing that the total amount of rent and mortgage is significantly lower than the private rent was the most important factor that influenced our decision to switch to shared wwnership.

Completion day and receiving the keys was a very emotional and memorable day for us. We never believed it could happen so quick, but we have done it!

Moving into our first home was an exciting moment and has changed our life greatly. The property is modern and has a lot of luxury facilities.

Our new home makes us feel safe, relaxed and confident providing stability for the future. Our children are our priority and we definitely feel a positive impact on their lives now. 

We would recommend shared ownership as that can be more affordable than buying a home outright. Additionally, we can buy more shares in the future to own a bigger part of the property. Thank you Moat!
