My advice for anyone thinking of doing a shared ownership is give it a go! 6 months ago I never thought this could of been possible for me let alone being accepted for a small manageable mortgage but after making enquiries it soon became clear I had options and now me and my daughter are looking forward to moving into our new place next week!
