Eligibility and priority criteria

Eligibility for our homes is subject to our sales policy and any specific criteria set for individual developments.

In line with government priorities, priority may be given to serving military personnel and former members of the British Armed Forces who have been honourably discharged within the last two years.

Some developments may also include additional priority criteria, such as local connection requirements or other restrictions. These are outlined below where applicable.

Development-Specific Criteria

Fortuna Fields

Priority for these homes is as follows:

A) In line with government priorities, top priority is awarded to serving military personnel and former members of the British Armed Forces honourably discharged within the last two years.

B) Local connection

Top priority will be given to households with a local connection to Wingham Parish.

Priority will then be given to households with a local connection to the parishes of Staple,

Preston and Goodnestone.

Once applications from these areas have been considered, if homes remain available, applications will be opened more widely and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date a completed application is received.

A local connection is defined as you, or your immediate family, either:
  •  having lived in the parish as permanent residents for at least 3 consecutive years, or
  •  having lived there for at least 4 out of the last 5 years

Alkerden Edge

Initially, priority will be given to buyers who live or work in Dartford.

If any homes remain unsold three months after they are ready to move into, applications may then be opened to buyers from outside Dartford.

Morella Woods

Priority will be given to applicants who live or work in Maidstone.
