At Moat Homes, we want your home buying experience to be a positive one. If something hasn’t gone as expected, please speak to your Sales Executive — we’ll always try to put things right as quickly as we can.

You can also make a complaint by contacting us on newhomes@moat.co.uk. We’ll acknowledge your complaint and investigate it in line with our complaints procedure.
